Hi everyone!

Thank you SO much for your interest in my bags!!! I've had a lot of questions on how to go about ordering a bag from me, so I thought I would better explain my blogspot and how I got started with the bags.

I went to Interior Design School and the idea behind the bags came from having extra fabric from previous projects. The fabrics were all too beautiful to waste, so we decided to make them into fun unique diaper bags. Later, after so much interest, I also started to make the purse size.

At first, I was only making bags with the fabric that I had available, but then found that people were very interested in custom. I tried it out for a short time, but realized it was actually costing me more per bag to run around and find individual fabric choices, then it was for me to use what I had already.

So, for now, if you're interested in a custom bag, please let me know and I would be happy to have it made for you. However, I'll have to charge an additional @25.00 per bag to do so.

Because each Funky Mama Bag is so unique, the pictures posted should be used as a guide line and a representative of the work that I do. However please keep in mind that fabrics and trim that you see listed come and go and may not be available upon request. The good news is that you'll have your own unique Funky Mama Bag!

I do sell my pre-made bags at different boutiques here in Arizona. Please call or email me for the latest information. I am still traveling the the Polka Dot Palace boutique as well. I'll post the next event as soon as it becomes available.

Upcoming Events - APRIL
Hello Hello HelloExciting News - THE GRAND OPENING of our mini boutique is Wednesday, April 1st 10-2 and Thursday April 2nd 5:00 - 8:30. It is located at the Salon Boutique on Val Vista and Williamsfield Suite 13. It is tucked back in the West most part of the center. For shop hours different than our grand opening please call Dawn @ 480-577-3944 or Kacy @ 602-290-1855

We will also be kicking up some dirt at COUNTRY THUNDER. Check out our booth with DCY boutique and stop by to say Hi. We will be on vendor alley all week long dancin with Tim McGraw.

Our next big Fundraiser Blow Out is going to be held on April 30th for the POWER FORCE DANCE COMPANY. It is going to be at the Jackson home in Seville. Look for more details next week but save the date now.

My bags are now in this Salon Boutique on Val Vista and Williamsfield. It's right next to Pita Jungle. If you would like to take a look and go shop, you can either give Dawn or Kacy a call (noted above) or give me a call and I'll let you know the store hours. Or....just go in and take a peek..no appointment needed. :)

I just want to thank each and every one of you for making Funky Mama Bags such a great success!

Due to such a busy and successful holiday season, I haven't had time to update my blog. I'm going to work very hard on it over the upcoming weeks to reorganize and rethink the way I would like the business to run. I have some new fabrics available to post for my new Spring line, so be looking for that soon.

In the meantime, if anyone would like to order a bag, please contact me direct via email or by phone and we can discuss fabric availability and I can have one made for you.
